Is there warranty on the watches?

-Yes, there is a one year manufacturer warranty on the watches that covers anything functional with the device. Warranty will NOT cover anything caused by accidental damage, misuse of the watch, water damage, cracked glass, batteries or wear and tear on the device.

 What is your return policy?

-We are confident in our product and the quality of it that we are offering a 30 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with our product, you can message us through our contact page for instructions on how to return the watch. Once we receive the watch and it is in the same state we sent it, we will issue a full refund minus shipping fee's.

How long will my package take to deliver?

-All packages are shipped USPS Priority mail. It should take around 5-7 business days at the most.

What does 5ATM mean? Is my watch waterproof?

-No the watches are not waterproof. They are fine if they get wet from the rain or water splashed on. We do not recommend showering or swimming with the watch as water damage is not covered in the warranty.
